Keto Plan

This Meal Plan ensures that your body enters a state of Ketosis which means you're in FAT BURNING MODE. This is a LOW CARB diet with more uptake of Protein & Fat. Substantial weight loss of 20-30 Pounds can be achieved with this diet. 

NOTE: THIS DIET INCLUDES THE SAME SERVICE AS THE BASIC MEAL PLAN, JUST WITH AN EMPHASIS ON FAT LOSS.
